I came to Laura with very minimal experience of Reiki, I was looking for some help in processing stagnant emotions left from birth trauma. I felt really safe in Laura’s hands, and she really helped me to tap into the feelings deep down and able to jump back onto a path towards healing.

I connected with Laura for a distance reiki session when I was at the beginning of a new challenge in my life. When Laura first connected with me, I felt my energy shift and felt the sensation that Laura was tapping into my field. I immediately felt at ease, and trusted Laura to move ahead with the session. Laura picked up on my current state of mind and body. She was able to bring to the surface some of my unconscious feelings and emotions. At the end of the session I felt relaxed and at ease. I have been lucky enough to have both Reiki and a subconscious DNA healing session with Laura. She started with a sound bath to begin which centred you into the space. I always feel safe expressing myself to her because she has such an open, calm and understanding nature. I was going through a challenging time and engaged Laura to perform a distance reiki session with me. I was really just looking for some clarity on some of my feelings and to experience some calm during a very turbulent time. I am a spiritual person but was sceptical initially, as I didn't really know much about reiki to begin with, but was willing to try anything to experience some peace in my world. Laura was kind, patient and approachable. She made my experiences effortless and comfortable, explaining everything in detail and giving me clear guidance for the meditation. During my first session, I felt a huge sense of calm move through my body and gentle sensations in parts of my body including my wrist, hand and chest. When Laura completed my report, this proved to be important. I felt she connected with me throughout the session and it was reassuring and, honestly, amazing. Laura's reports were thoughtful and considered. Without knowing my circumstances, I could really sense that she cared and had taken the time to report back to me, providing insight to blockers I had and things I needed to get back in tune with. It felt really validating and healing to read what she felt throughout my sessions. I would recommend Laura to anyone. What a joy you are to work with and so talented at what you do! In the early months of 2023 I was going through a period of emotional hardship and stress in my personal life. I was in contact with Laura and had kindly offered to perform a Distance Higher Self Reiki healing. I was skeptical at first, as I personally find it difficult to switch off during meditation. Laura was very understanding and explained the process of reiki. I was quite blown away during the session. I experienced an almost trance like state where at one point I felt as though the room was spinning around me. I felt very calm and “lighter” after the session. I can honestly say that it has helped me overcome those issues I was dealing with, I feel like my old self again :) I am looking forward to my next session and would highly recommend Laura to anyone.

All I can say is wow! What a wonderful mixture of practices. Laura started our session with a Sound bath using her crystal bowls, then we went into the Subconcious DNA healing part. I have to say, I really didn’t know what to expect but I was so impressed! It’s like an intense zen therapy session. Laura was so amazing, she really broke down some barriers for me. I will definitely be back for more.

JO - MALUA BAY

In May 2023 I received my first Higher Self Reiki Healing Session from Laura. I was in my first trimester of my second pregnancy, and it was great as Laura came to my house to do the session. Being pregnant and feeling unsure of my capabilities to parent two under two, this healing session deeply helped to confirm I was on the right path. It absolved my feelings of incapableness and inadequacies, freeing me to believe in myself as a mother and an individual. Throughout the session Laura lead me on a profound journey through my emotional state, allowing me to feel and cry and release. We were even interrupted by my 17mo son, which Laura dealt with wonderfully and avoided me being disturbed mid session. After the Reiki Healing Session ended with a bowl song I felt connected to myself again, it was a very emotionally healing experience.

Prior to my sessions with Laura, I had very little interest in reiki as I was honestly quite sceptical. I can now happily say that she has proven my scepticism wrong! I have had 3 sessions of higher-self reiki healing with Laura, and each time she has provided a great experience (including sound bowls!) with heartfelt insight. She is genuinely passionate about her craft, integrating multiple disciplines into her practice. I highly recommend a Higher Self Reiki healing with Laura!

JACK - BINGIE

Laura had been offering to perform a healing session on me, be it Reiki or subconscious DNA recalibration. When I took her up on the offer I chose sound healing and the recalibration since I had never had it nor heard of it before. The sound healing was amazing to start with as it lulled me into a calm state. I selected an area of my life that proved to have the most blocks and Laura began to focus and channel in. I was absolutely blown away at how precise and attuned she was to how I was feeling in this area of my life. I had not elaborated on much at all yet she was just so spot on. At completion, I said ‘Wow, that was insane!’ I had tears in my eyes towards the end because it was so accurate and what I needed to hear. My only regret is that I wish I had recorded it, Laura did offer but I said no. I could not recommend this healing enough. It is like someone getting the compass out for you and pointing you back to the path you are meant to be on. Laura shows great passion in what she does and she is truly amazing at what she does. I’ll be getting this again!
